Zerach Brown (also known as Scott brown) is a child molester. Zerach Brown is a sexual predator who desires to exploit male children.
Zerach Brown has a history of exploiting and molesting children. Zerach Brown lived in the Crown Heights area of Brooklyn, New York where Zerach Brown systematically molested many children. As Crown Heights is an insulted, ultra-orthodox, Jewish community; the members of the community did not report Zerach to the police upon learning that Zerach was a sexual predator; instead, they forced Zerach Brown to relocate out of the community. Thereafter, Zerach moved to the Jewish community of upstate New York and molested many children, until that community forced Zerach Brown to relocate. At some point, Zerach Brown moved to Jewish community of Seattle Washington. Upon learning that Zerach Brown was a child molester, the Rabbis conducted a thorough investigation and released a report confirmed that Zerach Brown was a child molester. In fact, Zerach Brown molested me. I was about 14 year old. At that time, Zerach Brown would allow children use of his apartment to watch movies, hang out, and socialize. Zerach Brown gave many approximately children keys to his apartment so that they could use it when he was not present. On one evening, I was watching a movie alone when Zerach Brown came home. Zerach Brown made me pull down my pants and underpants and lay down on his bed. Zerach Brown also removed his pants and underpants and lied down on the bed in such a manner that I could not run out of the apartment without jumping over him. I felt trapped. Zerach Brown told me that he wanted to watch me masturbate and instructed me to masturbate in front of him. I was stunned, scared, and could not get an erection. Zerach Brown proceeded to touch and play with my genitals and penis to make me erect. This sexually excited Zerach Brown and caused him to have an erection. Zerach Brown proceeded to masturbate before me and forced me to watch him ejaculate. After Zerach Brown cleaned up his sperm from the bed sheets, he allowed me to don my cloths and leave his apartment.
Many other people related to me that Zerach Brown molested them. In fact, I learned that Zerach Brown molested children as young as 11 or 12 years old by masturbating in front of them and trying get the child to masturbate and ejaculate in front of him.
I write this story for two reasons. First, I hope that it will provide a forum for victims of Zerach Brown’s molestation to write their stories and heal from Zerach Brown’s abuse. Second, I hope that this will prevent Zerach Brown from molesting other children by informing the world of Zerach Brown ’s malevolent, vicious, and heinous actions against children.

He also likes to teach children Karate and other martial arts, as this gives him access to touch small children. My advice to all parents: keep your children away from Zerach Brown. He is a sexual deviant and predator.
ReplyDeleteZerach Brown is one of many sexual predators within the orthodox community. His victims and community leaders refuse to report him to the authorities out of some nonsensical fear of deviating from the age-old prohibition against "loshan horah" (reporting another Jew to the secular authorities). While such a prohibition may have made sense in the old Polish "shtetel," where reporting a relatively minor crime to the authorities could lead to a "pogrom" and scores of dead Jews, it makes no sense today where reporting Zerach Brown to the authorities will lead to one pervert behind bars a scores of Jewish children protected from sexual abuse. The community's refusal to report Zerach Brown to the authorities is a crime against humanity -- a shanda!! He continues to insinuate himself into new Jewish communities and continues to molest young children. In each community he lands in, community leaders appear okay with kicking him out of their own community, leaving him free to continue preying on young, vulnerable boys in other Jewish communities. Someone needs to stop this monster!

ReplyDeleteWhile he was in Seattle, many parents allowed him to integrate into their families' lives so quickly. Many of my friends would hang out at his apartment on shabbat afternoon or get rides from him after school. He wore tzizit and was orthodox and that seemed to be all that was necessary for parents to consider him a good babysitter. My parents never allowed me to go over to his apartment and at the time, I couldn't understand why not. I asked my mom a few years ago why she never allowed me to hang out with him. I wondered if she had any inside information. She just told me that she didn't know this man and he came into the community out of nowhere and she and my dad think it is strange when adults want to 'hang out' with kids who are not related to them by some means. She also said that in hindsight, other parents should have questioned this desire for a twenty something young man to entertain young teens and pre-pubescent boys in his apartment. Two of my very good friends spent a lot of time with Brown and they never want to talk about this time period. They were in 4th and 5th grades at the time.
ReplyDeleteI worked with him a long time ago at J & R Music World. It's interesting as he was married at the time with babies, but we would see teenage boys show up at the store to pickup merchandise, and they knew him already. The managers eventually caught on, and made him stop these sales as we were the corporate sales office and only sold to companies at a discount from the store prices. It's funny how he never looked at other young women from our vendors like the other salesmen. He always told us stories about how he would spend weekends taking these teenagers to the woods and shooting off guns. You would think he would be spending the time with his own wife and kids. I transferred out to regular Mail-order sales and never heard from him again. Really creepy now that I'm reading all these other stories years later.
